2. These terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on our website. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order will apply.

3. Your order and our contract

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Our contract with you is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an error in the price or description. If we do, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Delivery within the UK is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

5. Products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements and weights are approximate. Assorted colour packs may vary in the exact mix of colours.

6. Delivery

Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery areas, times and arrangements. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Product safety

Please use our products only for their intended purposes. Keep plastic sheeting away from babies and young children to avoid the risk of suffocation. Young children should be supervised when using craft materials.

9. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses (our products are sold for domestic and private use). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any matter where it would be unlawful to do so. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to CHESTAF LTD or its licensors and may not be used without our permission.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
