Delivery Information

Free UK delivery on all orders

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day and typically arrive within 2–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas.

How your order is sent

Orders are packed and sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouses and may be delivered by a range of carriers. Your parcel may arrive in plain packaging. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a confirmation with tracking details.

Problems with your delivery

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please email us at info@chestaf.co.uk with your order number and we will sort it out.
